Gil is very nice, responsive and professional. He learned our interest and answered all our questions immediately on WhatsApp. Our family booked a sunset tour with Gil, when we spent time snorkeling, enjoying the beautiful mangrove forest, the cave and the beach. The captain and tour guide Jesse and David accommodated to our pace during the tour. The sunset is fabulous, and the fruit on the tour is second to none. We also booked an airport shuttle from Andaz to Liberia with Gil. The price is very reasonable. The driver is punctual, polite and helps with our luggage.

Spent a week at Andaz and met Gil at the Beach House. He was very enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge about Costa Rica and we enjoyed learning about all the adventures that Best Day Ever offers. Gil took time to learn about what we were interested in and recommended a combo surfing and snorkeling trip. Communication was excellent checking weather and tides and he was always quick to respond on WhatsApp. Our excursion was so much fun and a great value! Best ever 1/2 day boat tour the water with Jesse and David . They listen to everything we wanted to do. They were so knowledgeable about everything they had everything on board that we could possibly think of for having a good time the girls wake boarded and tubed we snorkeled. GIL booked our tour and was great with follow up We did not feel rushed. We watched the sunset that was spectacular. I would highly recommend this company

We had been searching for a tour that was reliable, professional, friendly, and most of all fun. I can say Ever and Gil are extremely helpful and trustworthy when it comes to detailing the trip description, there is no false advertisement. They are very attentive to their guests and especially punctual and reliable. I truly can say that we were impressed when we did the catamaran tour because it was exactly the how they explained it to be. We're beyond grateful to have met such wonderful people, as we recommended it to those who are looking for a company that has great comforting prices, compared to most places. Next time, we go to Costa Rica, we will for sure be booking with these guys!
